# Things to know

We’re currently working on a version with a completely custom-built Flight Management System. This is a complex project, and we have a team of around 200 testers who review our progress almost every week.

#### Installation

If you’d like a behind-the-scenes look, you can switch to the **Experimental branch**.

**Aerosoft One**

1. Go to the product library and select the E-Jets.
2. Uninstall the aircraft if you already have it installed.
3. The experimental installation is in light grey at the bottom.

**Contrail**

1. Go to the respective product page in the Contrail App.
2. Uninstall the aircraft if you already have it installed.
3. Then you will see two installation options: Stable and Experimental.

#### What is Experimental?

Experimental is a snapshot of our internal test build. It’s only updated occasionally when we reach major milestones. Smaller changes are tested exclusively by our beta team.

#### What’s included in Experimental?

The new custom FMS is already integrated. This brings improved LNAV and, for the first time, VNAV support.

#### What should I expect?

This version is **buggy**. Many things may not work as you’re used to, and crashes can happen.

#### Where can I report bugs?

Nowhere. We have a dedicated internal test team that reports bugs based on our own requirements. No action is needed from you.

#### Where can I get support?

There is no support for this version. It’s strictly experimental, and support will only be available once version 1.0 is released.

#### How do I switch back to the Stable version?

Simply uninstall the E-Jets and select the **Stable branch** during reinstallation.
