# Flight Management

Bottom tabs **Flt Details**, **Departure**, and **Manifest** (plus the schedule list before a flight is selected).

{% hint style="warning" %}
Apply fuel and payload only from this EFB. Do **not** use the MSFS weight menu or GSX payload — they conflict with the custom CG model.
{% endhint %}

## Flight schedule

Before a flight is selected, the EFB shows the schedule: **FLT NO**, **TAIL**, **FLIGHT**, **DEPARTURE**, **ARRIVAL**.

* **Add** — manual **ORGN**, **DEST**, **FLT NO**, **DEPART**, **ARRIVE**.
* **Import SimBrief** — latest OFP (requires Navigraph SimBrief authorization on Settings → General). You can still store a **SimBrief Username** on that page; API import uses OAuth.

## Flt Details

Once a flight is selected:

* **Flight Details** — scheduled / estimated / actual times, block, PAX (or cargo on freighter).
* **Routing** — RTE, cruise altitude.
* **Aircraft Data**, **Flight Crew**.

## Departure

Check weights, runways, and environment, then **Calculate**.

**Begin Loading:**

| Method        | Effect                                                  |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Real-time** | Fuel/payload animate onto the aircraft                  |
| **Instant**   | Fuel/payload applied immediately                        |
| **GSX** | Weights applied, then GSX boarding (see GSX Automation) |

**Quick Setup** — Fuel / Payload sliders and **Apply**.

Passenger aircraft use cabin zones A/B. Freighter uses **Upper Cargo** (Fwd/Aft) and **Lower Cargo**. SimBrief payload on freighter is mapped as cargo, not PAX.

After loading, **FINAL LOADSHEET** opens.

## FINAL LOADSHEET

Weights in kilos or pounds (**Use Metric Units** on Settings → Operator). Typical lines: FROM/TO, FLIGHT, A/C REG, CREW, compartments, **PASSENGER / CABIN BAG** (or **UPPER CARGO**), traffic load, DOW, ZFW, takeoff fuel/weight, optional trip fuel / landing weight, **MACTOW**.

* **ACCEPT** — closes the popup only (weights are already on the aircraft).
* **ENTER INTO MCDU** — helper to type values into the MCDU scratchpad.

## Manifest

Performance printout (weights, runways, **TRM**). Use **TRM** as takeoff trim; confirm the green band on EICAS. **ENTER INTO MCDU** is available here as well.
