# EMERGENCY/PARKING BRAKE / PA

### EMERGENCY/PARKING BRAKE HANDLE <a href="#emergencyparking-brake-handle" id="emergencyparking-brake-handle"></a>

* Actuates the emergency/parking brake.
* The handle will lock when pulled up to the fully actuated position.
* To release the handle from the fully actuated position the top button must be pressed.

### PASSENGER ADDRESS PTT BUTTON <a href="#passenger-address-ptt-button" id="passenger-address-ptt-button"></a>

* <mark style="color:red;">Allows voice communications to passengers, regardless of any selection in the audio control panel.</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">When selected for more than 2 minutes, the communication is automatically deactivated (stuck mic protection).</mark>
