01 - FLAPS & RWY	___ & GREEN LIGHT ____
Check both trailing edge flaps indicators display the correct flap setting for the takeoff runway. Check the green leading edge flap indicator light on.
02 - T/O DATA, EPR & A/S BUGS	___ SET & CROSS CHECKED
Verify the weight, cross checks the V2 placard, and confirms that the correct V1, VR, and V2 for the takeoff runway are set on the airspeed indicators. Set and check that each EPR bug is at the value obtained from the proper takeoff thrust chart.
03 - STABILIZER TRIM	___ SET
Set trim to the calculated value and cross check on stabilizer position indicator.
04 - PROBE HEAT	ON
Check amber pitot off lights out.
05 - FLIGHT CONTROLS	CHECKED
Check for freedom of movement and observe the control low pressure lights when making the following check: 1. Move the control column full travel fore and aft. 2. Check flaps have reached the takeoff position, then move the control wheel full travel in both directions.
06 - SEAT BELT & SHOULDER HARNESS	CHECKED
07 - AIR CONDITIONING PANEL	CHECKED & SET
Place the number 2 bleed switches to CLOSE and observe a decrease in manifold pressure. Place pack switches to OPEN one at a time and check electrical power meters for each fan starting load. Place pressure indicator selector to PACK and note normal pressures. Return the engine bleed valves to the takeoff configuration in sufficient time to allow the APU to run for approximately two minutes with no air load before shutdown.
08 - GALLEY POWER	CHECKED
09 - FUEL HEAT	CHECKED
If fuel heat required, check oil temperature and valve in-transit light for indication of valve operation.
10 - AUTO PACK TRIP	___
The auto pack trip control switch must be in NORMAL for takeoff when the actual aircraft weight is within 2,900 pounds of the maximum takeoff weight. As the thrust of all engines is increased above approximately 1.50 EPR, check the green ARMED light on.
